Håkons hall sports center can offer a complete strength and endurance department. Within this you will also find a large free weight department and 350 meters of indoor running track. All at a very good price and no lock-in period.
In addition, we offer two golf simulators and two squash halls (separate prices).

In collaboration with Friskis & Svettis, we can offer a varied training offer for you who want to train with others. We recommend buying a combination card that allows you to participate in both group lessons and have full access to the sports center's facilities.

Rental of surface and rooms


Håkons Hall is Norway's largest multi-use hall and therefore we have many rooms and areas available for rent for sports teams, corporate sports or groups. We are also regular hosts for annual tournaments such as the Baldus Cup, Lillehammer indoor cup and Lillehammer Cup. Contact us to add your tournament to Håkons Hall.

The hall can be converted into: 3 handball courts, 6 volleyball courts or 5 badminton courts. We also have 2 basic rooms with exercise equipment and music system.

Organized sports


Our facilities are used by sports teams and federations for both training sessions and major international championships, but they are also popular training arenas for local athletes. For example, you can work out skeletons in the Bob and Ake railway, train strength in Håkon Hall sports center and sleep at Birkebeineren ski stadium.
