Our vision is to be an arena for magical moments. This is also a staff idea, where both employees, organizers and volunteers should have magical moments at work.

Olympiaparken has over 30 permanent employees who work every day in high gear to realize the company's vision. This takes place in collaboration with a large number of organizers who throughout the year have several hundred who work in the facilities for shorter periods.
