Ski jumping Lysgårdsbakkene

We welcome ski jumpers from all over the world to Lysgårdsbakken. We are open for training both summer and winter within set opening hours. Lysgårdsbakkene is one of the ski jumps hills in the world with the most ski jumps throughout the year. We have two hills, HS 140 and HS98, chair lift, changing cabins, wax cabins, reception and kiosk.

In summer, training days are posted for online booking well in advance, while in winter, available days will be posted closer to the training day. We ask everyone to use online booking before attending and to pay in advance. If you need to pay on arrival, you can call Olympiaparken's reception for manual booking.
